KammyTask Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of KammyTask ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
What KammyTask is
KammyTask helps you pick one task from your existing lists and start it. It is a productivity tool. It is not medical care, therapy or a treatment for any condition, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age where you live). If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
Your account
The app creates an anonymous account the first time you open it. You can link it to Sign in with Apple or Google to back up what the app has learned. Keep access to that sign-in; we cannot recover an anonymous account after the app is deleted.
Free and Pro
The free plan includes picking one thing, first steps, the timer and finishing, with no time limit. KammyTask Pro adds the AI-written step when you are stuck, voice company during a session and energy patterns.
- Plans: KammyTask Pro monthly, $5.99 per month; KammyTask Pro yearly, $39.99 per year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers (US prices; your store shows the local price before you buy).
- Payment: charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials: if a trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel: iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Price changes: the store tells you before a new price applies, as its rules require.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to access other users' data, no automated or abusive use of the AI features, and no use that breaks the law.
AI features
AI-written steps are suggestions generated automatically and can be wrong or unsuitable. Use your own judgment. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
Your content
Your tasks remain yours and stay in your lists. Feedback you send may be used to improve the app without obligation to you.
Third-party services
The app works with Apple Reminders, Google Tasks, Apple and Google sign-in, app stores and Google Firebase. Their terms govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for them.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses.
Changes and availability
We may update the app or these terms. If the terms change in a significant way, we tell you in the app before the change applies. We may stop offering the app; if we do, we will give reasonable notice and paid features end with your current subscription period.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.
Apple-specific terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any product claims, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vivifyze LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of that state, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
