2. Description of Service

KammyTask is hosted on Google Firebase and utilizes Google Cloud Vertex AI services to provide its functionality, including voice recording interpretation services. The specific features and services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to use certain features of KammyTask. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account by sending an email to support@kammytask.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

4. Voice Recording Features

4.1 Voice Recording Usage

The App includes features that allow you to record voice input for task interpretation. By using these features, you:

• Grant us permission to process your voice recordings using Google Cloud Vertex AI services
• Acknowledge that voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently
• Understand that the accuracy of voice interpretation may vary

4.2 Voice Data Privacy

We prioritize your privacy regarding voice recordings by:

• Processing recordings ephemerally (temporary processing only)
• Not storing or maintaining archives of voice recordings
• Using secure transmission methods for voice data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Collect user information without consent
• Submit voice recordings containing sensitive personal information
• Use the voice recording feature for any purpose other than its intended task interpretation function

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KammyTask are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services including Google Firebase and Google Cloud Vertex AI. Your use of the App is also subject to any applicable third-party terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate voice-to-text interpretations
• Temporary service interruptions
• Loss of data
• Unauthorized access to voice recordings during transmission

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to KammyTask immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
